Our studio is located in the Philippines.
FREEBIES
Yes, we are very happy to include freebies. We shall try are best to provide different freebie designs per quarter for all our loyal and supportive customers.
Tiered freebies will also be available in the future, we shall gradually work on it to provide you the happiest experience every time you receive your happy mail.

All are original designs and illustration of P&S.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HANDMADE, HOMEMADE, OR OUTSOURCES?
All items are homemade from our small studio space, outsource products are as follows; Acrylic Keychains, Washi tapes, Sticky notes.
MATERIALS
All of our stickers are waterproof unless labeled as laminated.
TYPE OF INKS WE USE FOR OUR PRODUCTS
For most products, we use pigment ink to prevent early fading.
For our totes and other fabric products we use either DTF or Sublimation Ink.
IS IT NORMAL FOR LAMINATED STICKERS TO CURL UP?
All stickers with laminates are thicker than a regular waterproof sticker and prone to curling. If the sticker you receive is curled up, simply place it in between books or under your bed to flatten it out before using it.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO REMEMBER WHEN USING OUR STICKERS?
Be sure to place your sticker on a clean , smooth, and dry surface for proper adhesion.
Do not place it on a rough and ridged surface, those will lessen the adhesion of the stickers, the worst possible outcome, it will not stick at all.
Heat can remove adhesion of stickers, please do not place them on a hot or warm surface.
Stickers are not permanent, please be sure to use them. Prolong storage of stickers will cause it to have less to no adhesion, approximately after a year.
Using your stickers shows appreciation for our hard work.If you plan to collect stickers, use a sticker book for proper storage.

International shipping - My Kartero and DHL express shall handle all international shipping.
IS YOUR SHIPPING TRACKABLE?
Yes, all of our shipping options are trackable. It’s expensive compare to the untraceable shipping, yet it gives you the assurance of receiving your orders.
DHL express shall send you SMS once a specific schedule is posted for delivery, please coordinate with them to prevent delays. Some areas are difficult to reach, DHL express will coordinate with you on how to claim your mail/package.

WHY IS THERE A B BIG DIFFERENCE IN COST BETWEEN YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND THOSE POSTED ON THE COURIER’S WEBSITE. (FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT)
Relatively, it will not be the same. We need to consider that mail/package is to be delivered outside the Philippines will in-cure other fees from the courier services together with the fluctuating cost of fuel surcharge and other pandemic related fees. We need to prepare contingencies for this. To minimized the shipping options, we have to consolidate all of this considerations.
CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES
Some countries may ask you to pay custom duties or taxes, kindly coordinate with your local postal office.
CAN I SEND TO PO BOX?
Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, we have no return and refund policy for our international shop transactions due to the expensive shipping rates and unpredictable price increase of couriers.
